Vicky Jewitt

Run Leader

Vicky loves trail running, long distance and marathons mostly. Her favourite place to run is either the coast path or Dartmoor. Vicky joined the club when training for the London Marathon and loved the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Vicky has been running since attending university in Cumbria.

Lucy Nelson, Run Leader and Social Secretary

An ex-PE teacher who started running in 2018 to ‘de-stress!!,’ keep fit and meet people who share a love of being active  outdoors. 

Lucy's preferred distance is around 10k and she loves trail running

Tracey Roberts 

Club Secretary and Run Leader

Started running in 2019 when challenged to take part in Parkrun by family. 

Joined Riviera Racers in 2019 to meet people and increase distance. 

Loves both trail and road with a preferred distance of up to Half marathon. 

Doesn’t mind the hills but prefers them to go down 😀

Emma Reece 

Run Leader

Joined the club following a chronic illness so had lost confidence and motivation to run, also wanted the social side of joining a friendly club. Em loves trails, hills and mud and being out in the countryside. 

Her favourite distance is 13 to 20 miles

Joined the club when it started in 2017 to try out running with other people! 

Been a Run Leader since 2018. Enjoys a mix of road and trail running with favourite distances 10k to Half Marathon. 

Works as a Soft Tissue Therapist for Personal Best Sports Therapy so has a special interest in prevention and rehab of running injuries and in helping oth
